Agreement
By purchasing or using any service from Oki Smart Webs ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all AI chatbot services provided by Oki Smart Webs, operated by Jackson Skarin, based in Washington State.
By completing payment through our checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided
Oki Smart Webs provides AI chatbot setup, customization, hosting, and maintenance for local service businesses. Deliverables are structured as follows:
Month 1 — Setup
- Custom Voiceflow chatbot built for your business
- Knowledge base loaded (services, FAQs, hours, location)
- Chatbot embedded on your website
- Lead capture and booking flow configured
Ongoing — Every Month
- Chatbot hosted and running 24/7
- Updates to business information as needed
- Basic monthly performance check

Payment Terms
Service is billed at $500.00 per month, processed automatically through Stripe on your subscription start date.
All fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice sent to support@okismartweb.com. You will retain access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment or material violation of these Terms.

Your Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information required to build and maintain your chatbot
- Notify us promptly of any changes to services, hours, pricing, or contact details
- Ensure you have the right to embed third-party tools on your website

Intellectual Property
The chatbot configuration and knowledge base built for your business remains associated with your account for the duration of the service relationship.
Oki Smart Webs retains ownership of all underlying systems, templates, workflows, and tools used to deliver the service. Upon cancellation, access to the hosted chatbot will be discontinued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
Oki Smart Webs is not liable for lost revenue or missed leads resulting from chatbot downtime or errors, actions taken by end users interacting with your chatbot, or third-party platform outages including Voiceflow, Stripe, and Calendly.
Our total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing month.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific lead volumes, booking rates, or revenue outcomes resulting from use of the chatbot.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Washington State courts.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
